DESCRIPTION:In this first workshop of the eRImote project\, we will focus o
 n remote training for RI users and staff\, as well as exploring the impact
  of remote/digital service provision on user interaction and networking. T
 he workshop consists of two 4-hour sessions split across 21.09.2022 and 22
 .09.2022 and takes place virtually.\n\nWe will explore the topics from the
  perspectives of different scientific domains and types of RI services. Th
 e workshop is open to everyone and we strongly encourage anyone interested
  in these topics\, particularly RI and core facility staff\, to join us fo
 r active discussion and sharing of experience.\n\nThe workshop will consis
 t of short presentations from experts from different scientific domains an
 d RIs\, breakout rooms for joint discussion of solutions and challenges in
  the topic areas\, as well as a panel discussion. This event will also be 
 a great opportunity to learn more about the eRImote project as a whole and
  get connected with the community.
