DESCRIPTION:The international workshop “Women in Photonics “ will be he
 ld from 1 to 5 June 2025 in Jena\, Germany. This event is organised by the
  Leibniz Institute of Photonic Technology\, a member of the Laserlab-Europ
 e AISBL. \nThis year’s edition is organised with the support of Lasers4E
 U and 360Carla\, a project with which we closely collaborate.  \nWorkshop 
 focus: \n\n Optical health technologies – diagnosis\, monitoring\, thera
 py\n Biomedical microscopy\, bio-analytical methods\, medical chip systems
 \n Biophotonics such as vibrational spectroscopy\, fluorescence\, OCT\, PA
 T\, etc.\n Laser based technology\n Photonic data science (AI\, deep learn
 ing\, machine learning)\n Optical engineering\n Fiber optics/fiber technol
 ogy\n\nTargeted audience: \nThe workshop addresses female postdocs and PhD
  students working in these research areas\, who want to present their own 
 work and build up new networks. Participants will have the opportunity to 
 exchange with experienced scientists from academia and industry and jointl
 y develop strategies for a successful professional career. \nRegistration
