DESCRIPTION:In this second edition of the FELBE/TELBE User Workshop\, we in
 tend to bring together users of the coherent THz sources of TELBE and FELB
 E as well as other experts in the field of THz science for extensive discu
 ssions of recent results and advances in the study of THz interactions in 
 materials. The program will consist of a combination of invited and contri
 buted talks\, as well as an extended poster session. We invite everyone in
 terested to participate and also present their work. As a workshop\, we ai
 m to provide ample time for discussion and feedback\, making this an excel
