DESCRIPTION:his event is co-organised by the Ministry of Higher Education\,
  Research and Innovation\, the Paris-Saclay University\, Ministry of the E
 conomy\, Finance and the Recovery and the European Commission. \nDisruptiv
 e innovation is a priority at national and European level\, which is notab
 ly reflected in the recent creation of the European Innovation Council (EI
 C). This conference will combine\, for the first time\, two key events: Pa
 ris-Saclay SPRING\, a highlight for innovation in France\, and the Week of
  Innovative Regions in Europe (WIRE)\, which is held each year in one of t
 he countries holding the presidency\, with significant involvement of the 
 regions. \nThe conference will focus on disruptive innovation’s contribu
 tions to the recovery and European technological sovereignty and address t
 he implementation of various European and national instruments at the regi
 onal and territorial level. It will also present the priority areas and op
 portunities for the European ecosystem\, combining round tables and demons
 trations by stakeholders in disruptive innovation.
